Julia Lee is the CEO and Founder of Cheltenham Home Care Agency, a government-licensed provider in five states. Since launching the agency, she has successfully led its growth from a small startup to serving hundreds of patients. With a background in accounting and business management, including 20 years as co-owner of a successful accounting firm, Julia brings financial expertise, operational leadership, and strategic vision. Her commitment to quality care, regulatory excellence, and community service drives the mission to deliver compassionate, client-centered support to individuals and families.​

 

Julia has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Purdue Global, and a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Myung Gi University of South Korea.

Garrett Spring oversees the company's development and execution of expansion directives. He is an accomplished healthcare sales leader with a strong background in business management and a proven track record of exceeding growth targets in competitive markets. 

 

Previous to Cheltenham Home Care, Garrett spent seven years as a Senior Sales Manager for Abbott Laboratories (NYSE: ABT) in New York City. He earned significant recognition during his tenure, including the prestigious 2023 President’s Club Award and other accolades for consistently exceeding sales targets.

 

Garrett has a Master’s degree in Business Management from Boston University.

Sammy Kim oversees day-to-day to ensure operational efficiency and is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize workflows.

Previous to Cheltenham Home Care, Sammy spent 12 years in corporate accounting, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Skilled in platforms such as Quickbooks and Sage 300, she has a proven track record of managing high-volume transactions, streamlining processes, and delivering accurate financial reporting. 

 

Sammy brings a detail-oriented, compliance-driven approach to the agency's operational management ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and integrity in support of patient-centered care and business growth.

Christine Lee has extensive experience working in finance, technology and healthcare industries. She oversees all operations, including compliance with federal and state regulations, and strategic business development.

​

Previous to Cheltenham Home Care, Christine co-founded an NYC-based consulting firm specializing in compression analytics. Prior to that, Christine worked on Wall Street as a research analyst for one of the largest investment firms in the United States. Additionally, she worked as a forensic accountant on behalf of the OIG to identify fraudulent kickbacks in the Big Pharma industry during the Great Recession of 2008.

Christine has a Master's degree in Applied Analytics from Columbia University of New York.

Edward Lee is an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) and Director of Ancillary Programs at Cheltenham Home Care.

Previously engaged in insurance sales with State Farm, Edward now focuses on developing and overseeing programs that enhance patient services and patient care optimization. He has a diverse background spanning tax advisory, insurance and healthcare management. 

​

Committed to delivering value driven solutions, Edward leverages cross-industry knowledge to support both the financial health and operational success of the company.

Ashley Kim is an experienced operations and service professional with a background in human resources, education, and customer service. She has an extensive background in team coordination, process management, client relations, and employee support.

 

Drawing from her prior roles in HR and customer service, Ashley now serves as Manager at Cheltenham Home Care, where she supports staff development and ensures high-quality service delivery for patients and families. Her ability to manage processes, foster positive team environments, and maintain excellent communication helps drive the company's mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.

 

Ashley has a Bachelor's degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine.

Phillip Lee oversees the company's financial strategy and planning.

 

​​Phillip's experience includes financial planning and analysis at Shift4 (NYSE: FOUR), revenue and market analysis at Salelytics LLC, healthcare operations at Cheltenham Home Care, and financial consulting support during the COVID pandemic at Mike S. Lee & Associates.

 

Phillip also brings leadership experience from competing at the national level in Division I squash.

Anna Chung oversees all clinical operations and patient services.

In her current role, Anna ensures seamless coordination between clinical teams and administrative functions. Her expertise in relationship management, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence supports the company's mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care to its patients.

Anna has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Temple University. She is certified notary public appointed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

James Moon is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in corporate finance and cost accounting.

 

Previous to Cheltenham Home Care, James has held key roles at Hyundai Motor Group as a Cost Accountant and at SM Heavy Industries as a Financial Team Lead. Now serving as Head Financial Controller, James applies his strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management to ensure the company's fiscal health and regulatory compliance.

James has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California's Leventhal School of Accounting.

James is a Certified Public Accountant.
